In this passage Peter is using Psalm 2 to depict what happened to Jesus in Jerusalem when he was turned over to be crucified. It also indicates who some of Jesus'enemies were (psalm 110 / acts 2:34-36)
Acts 4 and Psalm 2 seem to me to be very similar to Revelation 19:11-21. This passage seems to be speaking of when Jesus overcomes the enemies mentioned previously not when He was being crucified by them.
I feel like I'm missing something. Can someone bridge the gap for me please? Does the psalm have a double meaning and Peter uses it for one thing while Revelation uses it for another? Or is the passage in Revelation only saying the same thing that Peter was describing in Acts? Or am I completely mistaken and Revelation 19 has nothing to do with either passage?
